Important info for members of our current Rewards programs

We’re sorry, but your current points will expire at 11:59pm Pacific on October 31, 2008, and you will be unable to accrue any new points as of that date. However, you will have up to one year from date of issuance to redeem any babystyle Bucks in your account. We will not be accepting new members into our old Rewards program as of September 14, 2008. Please come back and sign up for our new program once it launches!

is babystyle Rewards?
This
exciting program allows you to earn reward points for every
dollar you spend at babystyle! For every 200 points you collect,
you'll receive $10 babystyle Bucks that you can use toward future
purchases at babystyle. Keep collecting points and receive money-saving
perks like FREE SHIPPING, FREE GIFT WRAP, and BONUS GIFTS!

What
are POINTS?
Points are rewarded for every dollar you spend on our products
(after promotional coupons and excluding dollars spent on shipping,
gift wrapping, gift certificate redemption, free gifts and sales
tax). Once you join the program, your points are collected for
one year from the date of your enrollment. For info on what
happens once your program year ends, click here.
Points are placed in your account once the order that earned
you the points is shipped. Sorry, but points and rewards from
multiple accounts cannot be combined. Redemption of babystyle
Bucks will NOT count toward new points. babystyle reserves the
right to nullify and subtract points and rewards when an order
has been cancelled, returned, or is unable to be delivered.

What
are FREE BONUS POINTS?
From
time to time we offer FREE Bonus Points as rewards and incentives
to our most loyal shoppers! For example, you will receive 25
FREE Bonus Points just for joining the program.

How
do I use my rewards?
It's
easy! All you have to do is shop the site as you would normally.
Once you have earned rewards, they will be applied automatically
whenever they are applicable. For example, if you have earned
the FREE Gift Wrap reward, then every time you place an order
that is being sent as a gift, we will automatically cover the
cost of gift wrapping. The only exception is the use of your
babystyle Bucks. Once you have earned these, you can apply them
toward purchases at your own chosen rate. For more info on babystyle
Bucks, see the next question.

What
are babystyle Bucks?
They're like dollars, but they are only redeemable toward purchases
you make at babystyle. babystyle Bucks are rewarded at the rate
of $10 in babystyle Bucks for every 200 points collected. Once
you start to earn babystyle Bucks, you will receive a special
code that allows you to apply them toward purchases, much in
the same way that you would use a gift certificate. Sorry, but
babystyle Bucks are not redeemable for cash. When you redeem
babystyle Bucks, you will not receive Reward points for that
portion of your purchase. If you don't spend all your Bucks
on an order, the unused balance will be put into your babystyle
Bucks account. If what you're buying costs more than the amount
your Bucks can cover, you'll have to pay for the balance with
a credit card. You cannot use your babystyle Bucks to pay for
items that we have discontinued. Bucks become active once the
order that earned them has been shipped. Your babystyle Bucks
account will remain active for one year from the date of your
last Buck-earning purchase. Your last day to accrue new babystyle Bucks is October 31, 2008.

What
is SUPER-SAVER SHIPPING?
This
cool discount means that instead of paying $7.95 for ground
shipping, you'll only pay the flat rate of $2 (not counting
surcharges and/or drop-ship fees). This $2 also covers the per
item charge that is normally applied to orders with more than

is FREE GROUND SHIPPING?
It's
one of our most popular rewards of all time! This generous reward
covers the cost of ground shipping ($7.95) plus the $0.50 that

is FREE 2-DAY SHIPPING?
It's
the speediest way to get your goodies delivered for FREE. This
is a HUGE perk! Normally this would cost you $14 for one item,
plus $1 for each additional item. Please note that this is not

as your shipping method during checkout to receive FREE 2-Day

Do
my rewards expire?
Yes.
Once you join the program, your points are collected for one
year from the date of your enrollment into the program. All
earned benefits (not counting babystyle Bucks) will expire at
the end of the program year.

Will
I receive special offers?
Yes!
By joining the babystyle Rewards program you will be automatically
opted in to receive special promotions and discounts that are
only available to our email subscribers. If you choose not to
receive these offers, you can opt out by following the simple
instructions at the bottom of your email. If you do opt out
of receiving promotional messages, you will still receive an
occasional account statement via email that details how many
points and perks you currently have in the babystyle Rewards
program.

Can
I combine my Rewards perks with other non-Rewards coupons and
promotions?
If
the other promotion involves using a coupon code, then that
promotional offer will take precedence over any discounts (like
FREE Shipping) you receive as part of the Rewards program. However,
you can use your babystyle Bucks in combination with other coupon
codes and offers.

What's
the fine print?
The babystyle Rewards program is only applicable to online purchases
originating from babystyle.com. Orders placed on amazon.com
or in our retail stores will not count toward this program.
Rewards may not be applied to past orders. No adjustments will
be made to prior sales. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash,
nor can they be applied to gift certificate purchases. Void
where prohibited by law. babystyle may modify or terminate this
program at any time and may do so immediately without notice
or cause. Our current Rewards program will end October 31, 2008, soon to be replaced by a new and improved program. Membership in the program can be revoked at anytime,
and any outstanding points and rewards can be nullified if babystyle
deems the member has operated outside the spirit and/or rules
of the program.
