What's your return policy?
babystyle will gladly refund you if you return most unused items (exceptions are listed below) in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Click here for info on how to make a return. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts, shipping costs or gift wrapping).

Something didn’t fit quite right? You may also exchange clothing for the same item in a different size and/or color (see below).

In the event of special promotions or discounts, babystyle reserves the right to apply additional rules. Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid. Please call our customer care team if you have any returns-related questions that are associated with these special offers.

In-store credit will be issued if you are returning an item that was purchased on sale, as indicated by this icon:

The few things you can’t send back:
  • items discounted for final sale or those that are marked-down over 50% off
  • personalized or custom items (click here for more info)
  • Halloween items after October 15th
  • holiday-themed items (i.e., baby's first ornament, holiday cards, Santa and reindeer booties, Santa and Elf buntings, etc.) after the holiday
  • beauty and hygiene products (breast pumps, baby bottles, lotions, soaps, etc.)
  • furniture (click here for more info)
  • drop-ship items
  • underwear
  • clearance items with discounts over 50% off

Please note that shipping and gift wrapping charges are NOT refundable.
We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse.

We are not liable to return and /or give credit for damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns.

Cadeau Maternity returns
babystyle will gladly refund you if you return an unworn Cadeau item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Once the item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts, shipping costs or gift wrapping).

If you purchase a Cadeau item online, you may return it online or to a Cadeau store. We're sorry, but online Cadeau orders cannot be returned to babystyle stores. If you purchase a Cadeau item in a babystyle store, you may only return it to a babystyle store.

Furniture information
All furniture, including cribs, changing tables, dressers and custom-made products such as our Chair & Ottoman Sets, is nonreturnable (unless damaged or incorrect upon receipt - see below). We want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase - please be sure your selection meets your expectations and always measure your space before ordering! We provide specific information regarding dimensions, features and assembly for each product, but our Customer Care team is available if you need additional details before making your purchase.

Once the furniture item has been shipped, even if you have not received it yet, you are responsible for round-trip freight costs and a restocking fee if you decide to refuse delivery.

If the furniture item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please call our Customer Care team within 30 days to arrange for a return or replacement. All returns must be unassembled and in the original packaging. After 30 days of delivery, we cannot accept returns on furniture for any reason; we will, however, send replacement parts for manufacturer defects outside of the 30-day window.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on furniture that has already been assembled.

Personalized and custom items information
Many of our products, such as monogrammed items, custom letters and bookends, and our Chair & Ottoman Sets, are made especially for you and thus cannot be canceled or returned. In addition, because of the nature of these products, they may take a bit longer to get to you. If you have any questions about personalized and custom items, please call our Customer Care team at 1-877-378-9537.

Gear information
Please take special care when trying out your gear purchases. We cannot accept a return on any stroller or car seat that shows signs of use. Click here for tips on testing your new gear purchase.

Restocking fees
Please note that there is a restocking fee of 10-25% on returns where noted in the product descriptions. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Amazon.com Returns
Our standard babystyle returns policy applies to orders of babystyle merchandise through Amazon.com, with the following exceptions. We're sorry, but we cannot accept exchanges on merchandise purchased through Amazon.com. In addition, if somebody else purchased babystyle merchandise for you through Amazon.com (say, you recieved a gift), we'll only be able to credit the original purchaser. Store credit cannot be issued for babystyle merchandise purchased through Amazon.com at this time.

How do I return an item?
Our quick online return system makes it easier than ever to return or exchange most items (see exceptions below). To make a return online click here.

Some items are unable to be returned with our online service. These items include those that were received in error, were damaged upon arrival, were received as a gift, or were drop-shipped from the manufacturer. In this event, please follow the three easy steps below:

Step 1: Fill out our e-mail return form to get a return authorization number. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Don’t forget. We must know who's sending what back to properly credit your account.
  babystyle will not process any orders that are received without a return authorization number located on or close to the shipping label.
Step 2: Write your return authorization number(s) on the packing slip, circle the items you're returning, and include this slip in the box along with the items and their original packing material. For a mailing label, peel off the handy self-adhesive label provided on your packing slip, or simply address the package as follows:

Be sure to write your return authorization number on the packing slip and place this important paperwork inside the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return/exchange was the result of our error. We cannot reimburse return shipping charges, so please contact us prior to mailing back a damaged or incorrect item.


A special note for Gift Returns: If you're returning something you received as a gift, please go to www.babystyle.com/returns.
Step 3: Please ship the product back to us via UPS, Fedex, or USPS, and we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.

We’ll send you an e-mail when we receive the package. If you’re returning a gift, we'll e-mail or phone you with a coupon code for in-store credit.

Note that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card. Please note that in the case of returns sent from APO/FPO addresses, the military handles the delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping time back to us. Usually these returns take a little longer than normal, so please be patient.
Returning an item to one of our babystyle retail stores
Our babystyle retail stores accept returns on most unused items (exceptions are listed below) in their original condition within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt, gift receipt, or return authorization number with original packing slip.

Once the item is returned and received in our warehouse, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts, shipping costs or gift wrapping). Please allow 4-6 weeks for returns processing.

  To return a babystyle store purchase
If you purchased an item in one of our babystyle retail stores, simply bring it back with your original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unused and in original condition.

  To return a gift
If you would like to return or exchange a gift that was purchased in one of our babystyle stores, bring it in with the accompanying gift receipt within 30 days and we'll issue you a store credit or exchange. Item must be unused and in original condition.

  To return an online/catalog purchase
If you would like to return an item that you purchased online or through one of our catalogs, you may return it to one of our babystyle stores unused and in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. To make such a return, it is very important that you first receive a return authorization number by filling out our electronic return form. Once you've filled out this form, a member of our customer care team will email you with a return authorization number within 2 business days. Bring this return authorization number, your original packing slip, and the item you wish to return to one of our stores.

If you do not have a receipt, our store will give you in-store credit for the current price of the item. Item must be unused and in original condition.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for returns processing.

A few items that cannot be returned to our babystyle stores:
· furniture or any items sent to you directly from the manufacturer (a.k.a. drop-ship items)
· monogrammed or engraved items
· Halloween items after October 15th
· holiday-themed items after the holiday (i.e., baby's first ornament, holiday cards, Santa booties, Santa and Elf buntings, etc.)

How do I return a gift?
If you didn't actually make the purchase (say, you received a gift or an item from your registry) and would like to return it, we'll issue you store credit toward your next visit with us. If you have a gift receipt and are returning the item within 30 days, you will receive store credit for the full amount of the items. Without a gift receipt, store credit for the current price of the items will be issued. Click here for info on how to make a return, in our stores and for online orders.

I returned an item, but I haven't received a credit yet. What's up?
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, you will see a credit within one billing cycle. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card. I returned an item, but I didn't receive full credit. Why?
If you purchased from our site using a promotion, coupon or discount, you will only receive a credit for the percentage of the total that you actually paid. For example, if you used a $10 OFF coupon on a purchase that totaled $30, you will only receive a credit for $20. Please note that a restocking fee of 10-25% will be deducted from your refund for returns on items by DaVinci (Million Dollar Baby), Bob, Kuster, 10 Grain, P'Kolino, Dreamer, Design, Scandinavian Child, Bugaboo, Baby Jogger, Bratt Decor, Grand Touring Baby, Svan, Cariboo, Lillebaby, Monarch, Little Colorado and Oeuf.
