What
is a coupon code? How do I get one?
From
time to time we offer special coupon codes that our customers
can use to get exciting discounts! During the registration process,
you'll be asked if you want to opt in to receive promotional
offers. If you click the opt-in box, keep an eye on your e-mail
(and sometimes snail mail) because that's where you'll receive
our special offers. If you're a returning customer who opted
out and now wants to opt in, simply sign
in and click the edit my user profile link. This will take
you to a page where you can modify your registration preferences.

How
do I use a coupon or promotion code?
During
checkout you'll be asked to choose your billing method. Click
the "redeem" button at the top of the page. This will
take you to a neat page where you can enter the coupon / promo
code into a little box. Simply click the update button and your
discounted total should appear. If you are shopping from our
catalog, your discount promotion code is located on the back
cover right above your name and address.

Is
there a catch?
There's
no catch, but each deal is governed by its own set of rules,
which are usually spelled out in the fine print associated with
the offer. Sometimes we extend special offers in the form of
sales, postcards, coupons, or special notices from our partners.
Often we don't have room in those materials to list all the
nitty-gritty details of the offer, so here's a summary of guidelines
to keep in mind:
- If the offer specifies "first-time customers only,"
to take advantage of the offer you must be a new customer
to babystyle, meaning you've never before purchased a product
from babystyle.com.
- If a minimum purchase amount is stated on the offer, you
have to order at least that dollar value of product (not
counting gift wrap, tax or shipping charges) to take advantage
of the offer.
- If no minimum purchase is required, and your order total
is less than the offer value, the leftover balance will
not be saved. In other words, use it or lose it.
- Many offers are good on one order only and limited to
one use per household, that means that if someone you live
with has already shopped with babystyle, you won't be eligible
to receive it. In addition, most coupons are good for use
on a single order shipping to a single address.
- All discounts will be applied at checkout. Sometimes it’s
automatic, but other times you may be required to type the
coupon code from the given offer into the "Coupon Code"
box.
- Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts;
no more than one coupon can apply per order.
- Unless otherwise stated, offers are only applicable to
purchases made online at babystyle.com.
- Free shipping applies toward the $7.95 and $.50 per item
ground shipping only (express service, surcharges and drop
ship fees are not included).
- No rain checks on out of stock items.
- Unless otherwise stated, coupons are not valid on products
by the following non-discountable brands: Baby Jogger Company,
Britax, Bugaboo, Citizens of Humanity, Eberjey, Habitual,
J Brand, James Jeans, Juicy Couture, Maclaren, Maxi-Cosi,
Mustela, Medela, Nest, Oeuf, Orbit, Paige Premium Denim, Peg Perego,
Petunia Pickle Bottom, Quinny, Stokke, Storksak and Timi
& Leslie. Coupons are also not valid on costume purchases,
or on certain other items or brands as noted in their product
descriptions.
- In addition, coupons and/or discounts will not apply to
certain other products that are indicated as such in their
product descriptions.
- Offers are not applicable to previously placed orders.
- Offers are not combinable with the PURCHASE of gift certificates.
- If you choose to return an item bought with a promotional
offer, you will be refunded the price of the item LESS the
percentage discount you received on your total order.
- Some promotions are not applicable towards the purchase
of sale items.
- To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to cancel any order
at any time.

What
do I do if my coupon isn't working?
First,
make sure that you're entering it correctly. Sometimes these
secret codes are rather long, so it's easy to make a mistake.
Also, be sure you're entering the coupon code in the right place.
Sometimes people confuse coupon codes with gift certificate
numbers. These are quite different, so when you get to checkout,
be sure to only enter the coupon code in the little box under
the question, "Do you have a coupon?" If you're still having
