ENTER-TO-WIN A $500 babystyle GIFT CARD
No Purchase Necessary. Void in Puerto Rico and Where Prohibited.
1. Eligibility: Only legal U.S. residents 21 years of age or older are eligible
to participate in the ENTER-TO-WIN A BABYSTYLE GIFT CARD Promotion ("Promotion").
Employees of eStyle, Inc. ("Sponsor") and those involved in the development,
production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution
of this promotion and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies,
service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any
other persons or entities directly associated with this Promotion (hereinafter
"Promotion Entities") and members of the immediate families and/or persons
living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the
Promotion.
2. How to Enter: This Promotion begins on Thursday, May 1st, 2008 at
12:01 AM Pacific Time and ends Saturday, May 31st, 2008 at 11:59 PM Pacific
Time (the "Promotion Period"). A babystyle customer who, during the Promotion
Period, makes a Bugaboo stroller purchase ("Stroller Purchase") at babystyle.com,
through the babystyle call center or in a babystyle store will automatically
be eligible for entry in the promotion. Entrant data/contact information
will be collected either (1) automatically using the "Bill-To" data associated
with a Stroller Purchase at babystyle.com or through the babystyle call
center during the Promotion Period, or (2) by inviting the babystyle customer
who makes a Stroller Purchase in a babystyle store during the Promotion
Period to fill out entry information at the time of purchase. To enter to
win without making a purchase, simply send a self-addressed, stamped envelope

LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD. In the event that the Stroller Purchase
made during the Promotion Period is returned (see babystyle return policy),
the associated entry in the Promotion linked with that Stroller Purchase
will be null and void.
3. Prizes: There will be one (1) Grand Prize, consisting of a $500 babystyle
Gift Card, valid for use on babystyle.com, through the babystyle call center
and in babystyle stores.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated prizes and none will be
replaced. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No
cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that
the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will
award a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, fees and surcharges
on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution, transfer,
or cash equivalent of prizes by any winner. Sponsor at its sole discretion,
may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. Drawing and Notification: Winner of the prize will be drawn at random.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner
will be selected and notified by mail, email and/or telephone within 30
days from end of Promotion Period.
5. General Conditions: All Federal, state and local laws and regulations
are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes)
are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize winner may be required to execute
(and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and
a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") which must be returned to and
received by Sponsor within ten (10) days from winner's receipt of Affidavit/Release.
Prize winner will also be required to send a copy of their passport, drivers
license or birth certificate as proof of age. Non-compliance may result
in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of prize,
prize notification, Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification
and an alternate winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s)
constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner's
name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade
purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any
and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without
limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply
with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way
tamper with this Promotion and any person who does not comply with these
Official Rules, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the
full extent of the law. THE CALIFORNIA COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL
HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND
THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT
WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS
AND HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. If, for reasons beyond
the Sponsor's control, this promotion is not capable of running as originally
planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, Sponsor at its
sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prizes,
without liability. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law.
6. Disclaimers: Entrants agree that Promotion Entities shall not be liable
for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession
and/or use/misuse of prize(s), participation in Promotion, or any technical
malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer
on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, hardware,
software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including
delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected,
lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible
or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also
agree that the Promotion Entities are not responsible or liable for any
injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or
resulting from Promotion and its prizes. The Promotion Entities are not
liable for damage to a user's computer system in any way due to an entrant's
participation in the Promotion or downloading any information in connection
with the Promotion, including without limitation any server failure, lost,
delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. The Sponsor reserves the
right to modify or cancel the Promotion in the event that it becomes technically
corrupted.

a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, specifying which
